Richardson House — Your room

Richardson House contains 21 spacious and clean single rooms, all with their own ensuite. Every room has a pleasant outlook with either a view of the garden area or access to a garden courtyard.

Inclusions

All rooms contain:

• Access to self-controlled heating and cooling via reverse-cycle air conditioning

• An ensuite—containing a toilet, basin and shower, with the necessary mobility assistance devices

• A pre-wired outlet for an independent telephone landline

• A pre-wired television antenna outlet

• A single bed with linen supplied

• Ample wardrobe space

• Space to bring some important personal belongings

 

We encourage our Residents to put their own stamp on their room with photos, artworks, quilt covers etc of their own choosing to make their room feel as homely as possible.

Rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis and will receive immediate attention for any urgent cleaning issues.

​

All the rooms in Richardson House were refurbished between 2020 and 2022.  Our facility Manager  would be happy to show you around.  Please call and make an appointment for a tour.
